Hey guys,

So I've just now managed to convence my mom to let me cook Thanksgiving Dinner. YAY! I'm super excited. I can't wait to cook. So here's the menu so far. As an appitizer...I'm thinking a nice light spring roll and so home~made crackers and some nice aged smoked chedder.....I'm thinking for the main corse...A herd roasted Turkey fresh green beans garlic and herb mashed red potatos and sweeted potatos. And for dessert a fresh Conac pumpkin pie with a home~made Ginger whipped cream topping. And to go with all that YUMMY food a nice White wine.

So I'm hoping everyone will enjoy it all as much as they claim they love my everyday cooking. But heres the problem I'm cooking for like 15 people and I've only cooked for at most 5! I'm not sure how to make some huge feed an army type of meal. But thank God my house has a nice sized Dinning room. =D At least I don't have to figure out how fit all the people in the house.

Yeah I was thinking while everyone is going to be over eating and watching the football game we can all set up the Cristmas Tree. Which should be a bunch of fun. I mean not becuase we're going to be working to get up the light and balls decorations. But becuase we'll all have good food and a bunch of good wine. Which should at best make the work fun.

So after all the food football work and sleep....Theres the early wake and hit after thanksgiving sales madness. That all on it's own is like a holiday to me. It is so much fun and hassle and sports like it's unbelivible. But it's a great mother daugter type of thing. My, grandma, best friend in the whole world and myself are all going up to Boise to join in the festivities of the thing.

I can't wait for all the good deals on the Cristmas presents and wrappings and bows and stuff. Well I better go I need to make some dinner and take a shower and get ready to go to work. Bye Guys!!

XoXoXo
