The following is a link to a free meditation resource. Basically, when you register, you get two free meditation soundtracks: the first is an introduction to meditation, and teaches a traditional meditation technique (such as deep breathing and mantras), and the second is a binaural beat soundtrack (high-tech meditation).

The community works on the basis that the first two soundtracks are free, and after that you can either purchase further soundtracks (if you wish to go further with the program), or earn 'karma credits' if you cannot pay.

This is an excellent meditation resource, I highly recommend it. It is the only meditation resource I have ever found that is free!

p.s - I have just discovered that the website has free guided meditations to download as well, for things such as reducing stress, dealing with addictions, sleeping problems, anxiety, experiencing better relationships etc.
