Puppy is better, my head is not.
I brought Bergen to work with me today, he is sleeping on a chair next to mine. It's cute. He cries a lot, I feel so bad. I just want to make it better. It was about a 4 inch gash that had to have stitches. He is on pain meds, and antibiotics. Luckily everyone at work is okay with dogs, so I was able to bring him in and make sure he is okay. He was so cute last night with the anesthesia wearing off. He was a little loopy. I however was not so cute. I had a breakdown and called my mom because my head hurt so bad I couldn't move it side to side. Barely front to back also. It seemed like it was just getting worse.
She got the doctor to call me in a presciption, at first we were going to go with vicodin, I knew that would relieve some of it, but then they called in some headache something with codeine. Let me tell you, I took two of those bad boys and I still had pain! I was awake on and off all night. And my head still hurts when I move. Actually when I sit still also, but that is a different story. I took one this morning too, and I feel no different. It's just not pounding.
My Dr.'s appt isn't until June 17th, thats after I get back from Italy. I don't know what I am going to do if this keeps up. I should just go see a neurologist, but I have a feeling I know what it is. And I don't want it to be true. My aunt has the same thing, and its a tumor on her pituitary gland. If I do have it that would explain why my thyroid was all out of whack and why when I took the prescription for it there was no improvement. Yikes.
Anyway, puppy is okay. I am sure we will see improvement every day.
