I don't really have much to say, I'm feeling so BLAH.
I woke up really tired today, and cranky. I could cry any minute now, and I don't know why. Well, most likely because I am paddling out to catch the crimson wave. I should be surfing any day now. Sorry if that is TMI. But it's the truth. PMS is happening.
I had a good weekend. Friday night we cuddled up and watched Fool's Gold. It was cute. Not as good as How to Lose a Guy in 10 days. But they pulled it off. Then on Saturday it was gloomy out. Not much going on. A friend of BF's, I call Biker Bob, came over. They hung out for a while and then decided we should go for a ride somewhere and have a beer. So I got showered and ready to go... 3 hours later we go out. It was raining a little so being on the back of the bike wasn't great. Those rain drops hurt! We went to a bar I used to go to in college a lot. It was packed because they had a band. We hung around for a couple and then decided to leave. I guess Biker Bob didn't see anything he liked. BF says when they go out he always talks about finding a hook up, but this guy is well into his 60's, hairy and dirty, and he apparently acts pretty picky. BF says if he really wanted to just hook up he would have by now. Since I've known him he's been celebate.
So we went to our regular bar. The owner and his girlfriend were there. A while back the girlfriend was diagnosed with breast cancer. I remember when she told me and I started crying, remembering how it was for my grandma. My grandma is alive and the cancer is gone, but she had a double masectomy and I will never get that image out of my head. Ya, she showed me. So the girlfriend is there, I have not seen her since before I went to Italy, so it's been about 2 months, and she has no hair from the chemo. I asked her if she was going to wear wigs or what not and she said no, she felt like if she did she was hiding something. They were so funny, both wasted because they had a golf tournament benefit thing for her, so they had been golfing and drinking all day and here they are at the bar still drinking. I have never seen the owner drunk. I mean, we have hung out with him a lot, but he was wasted. It was funny. He kept hugging me and telling me he missed BF and I and we should come around more often.
So anyway it was fun. We only had a couple drinks there, and then we went home. Biker Bob spent the night, so BF didn't get any coochy-coochy because I was afraid he would hear us. So he was pissy about that. But as soon as Bob left Sunday I made up for it. Sunday I made BF go grocery shopping with me. It was the first time in the history of our relationship he has done the shopping with me! I was excited. I mean, once in a while we run in for a couple things together, but this was full on shopping. It was funny, he gets so flustered with a lot of people around and he doesn't know where this is or that is, so he just followed me and I threw things in. It was a sight!
I am really happy for a four day work week, anyone else got Friday off??? Yay, three day weekend. BF and I don't have any plans. I told him this is our 3rd fourth of July together and I want to do something. We were thinking of going up to my parents place, but gas is so expensive it may not be worth it, you know? We'll see. Anyone throwin' a BBQ they want to invite us to??
So, here I sit at work, cranky and tired. I grabbed a Mountain Dew hoping the caffeine will help me a little. We'll see. I have a good story I want to blog about so as long as I have a little energy I just might do that in a minute. For now I have to do some work....

Yeahhhhhh for the long weekend!!! Love the fourth, just bough a cute new swimsuit cover up and two new swimsuits for the weekend!!
