| High school boyfriends! Do we ever move on?

Here's an interesting little story.
So, my really funny post yesterday about how my boyfriend dropped me off at the end of the street and made me walk in my wet bikini to my house because he was too scared to drop me off since we were late for curfew, got deleted.
Today, I am checking my facebook and I see his brother on their. So I sent a friend request, and then I get one from his sister. It's kind of weird. I haven't spoken to him since he had sex with some girl in the bathroom of my apartment at my Memorial Day party in 2005. And now I am curious of course. He doesn't have a facebook or myspace. I was looking all over his brother and sister's pages to see if there was anything. I saw a picture of his dad, remember the one who saw my butt when my jeans ripped and I didn't know it? Nothing else.
It's so strange. I felt like I had finally let go of any feelings, but I am so curious. I want to know what he is doing and where he is. Is that weird. My mom has talked to him a couple of times. You see, he got kicked out during his second semester of senior year, and my family took him in, even though he had broken up with me and was sleeping with someone else. So that was his address for a while, then he went in the army so his old army buddies contact my mom trying to find him. I guess he lives in Florida, isn't married and doesn't have kids.
I'll tell you what. I thought this was the only guy I would EVER be with. I gave him my heart 110%. I did anything and everything for him. And he cheated on me with EVERYONE. He even kept some sick list my mom found in his room once.
Am I weird for snooping around for information on him?? |

You deserve a gold star or something of that nature for craziest ex-boyfriend story. Not only that he cheated on you during your own party, but that your family took him in afterwards. That must have been awful!

I can honestly say that even 20 years after high school...you still get curious. I even still talk to a few of them from time to time. And the first one you love...nope. No matter how great the guy you end up with...you never get over the first love.

No, not at all..> By the way with the Facebook thing, it is possible that he does have a profile and has blocked you. Which means you will never find him.
That is what JS and FOty have done to me. But you see I am smarter than him, I can still look at his page if I want because he's only blocked me, he is open to others.
Maybe your ex has done that????

I disagree with princess. I got back with my first love briefly last year, 23 years after high school, and lets just say that there was a reason we broke up and I am so over him, wish the curiousity had not gotten the better of me, at least then I would have kept the happy memories of the first time.
