No fiskings of Gene Lyons this week. I've been busy trying to read the "devastating" report that was released by the Senate Intelligence Committee earlier this month. I put the word devastating in quotation marks because, well, it's less than devastating. There's a fantastic piece written here by Fred Hiatt that is a great summary of the whole kerfluffle. So, I've been skimming over it and pulling all of the conclusions and other pertinent information onto a document so I can easily print it out in a more condensed form.
Unfortunately, the results are in a PDF format, and I'm unable to copy and paste everything without having to reformat the copied stuff. So, I'm just transcribing everything instead. I'll post the resulting piece here as soon as I finish. Maybe I'll do it in installments.
