Why does overworked mean you've been working too much, while oversexed means you haven't been having enough sex? Seems to me that overworked is the right word for having so much work that you don't have time for anything else. The right word for the other condition, on the other hand, really should be more along the lines of undersexed. But that word is taken to mean that the subject has a lower than average interest in the subject.
(Yes, I know. Oversexed refers to having sex on your mind over the average as to how many times an "average person" has it.)
