sorry, there is no easy way to get over an addiction. Its just like AA and NA say... its one day at a time. Each and every day will be difficult, but you can do it... you can make the choice to wait... wait an hour to pop a pill and when that hour is up, wait another hour. In time, you'll be waiting a day and as each day passes, your body will slowly give up its need and your mind will realize just how strong you are... you'll win! It all starts with just this minute, hour, day, week, month, year... and your life. Good luck to you... You're doing wonderfully! Take care, Kai

I wish you luck with your fight and hope you never have to settle with something that feels wrong for you. It is difficult to stand for what it right and I admire your bravery.
