| 11-28-07 Hurting, can be scary

I've wanted to blog all day, but I'm tired and I've been hurting. I think my cancer is back. Of course I don't know for sure but I've got all the same aches and pains I had just before I was diagnosised. The doctor I had then, told me... there was no way of knowing when the cancer would return.
This morning when I was trying to comb my hair, and I don't have that much hair, my arms got tired. It was too much to hold the brush. I wanted to cry.
I don't think I'm ready to battle this again? I'm tired and I just want to be normal. I want to live, I want to see my grandchildren grow up, I want to be NORMAL!!!
I'm scared... it seems I'm always scared lately... I'm tired and I'm scared and I'm tired of being scared!
I'm whining and its time to stop...

Lord love, you are entitled to be scared.It's a big weather front that you are facing. Yes,everyone can see it,but you are the only one that feels the rain. Do something daft, buy a pink umbrella covered in yellow bananas and put it up whenever you feel rotten. Confused faces are the best source of fun. While your at it e-mail me discreetly and I'll send you a miraculous medal (dont worry I'm only an irish catholic not a fanatic! lol) And if you feel totally desolate, look up medjourgie for consolation and hope.

Hey Kiddo, I know it's easy for someone who isn't doing the suffering to say, but try to smile at the bad times...I refer to pain as "my little friend"...stopped the meds awhile back...cold turkey nowadays...REALLY hope you get to feeling better SOON!

im praying for you too, never give up, think of those grandkids...hand in there, you are not alone, why do these things happen people, no one knows, but I think God always chooses the strongest ones, even if you think youre not strong, you are!
