I am "IT" Challenged and need some help once again

Okay so I am not completely "with it" when it comes to changing files form one sort to another. I even think that isn't explaining what I mean. So if anyone could help me I would really really appreciate it.

I want to upload some files however they are a "WMA" file. And I need them to be an "Mp3". How can I change them?
