May 23 - Is it over???
During class today all I did was browse for job postings.  I felt kinda bad since I wasn't really paying attention to the teacher, but I wanted to apply for this one job that I really want.  I found out about it through an old manager of mine.  I used to work for Rogers as a call centre representative and after 3 months I left to pursue finishing my education.  I left on good terms, and my manager was really cool.  Anyway, for some reason I think this job is totally meant for me... here are some reasons why I think so:

1 - I left Rogers because I had wanted an administrative position, which the company offered, but they required college diploma.  I left to go back to college full-time and took Office Administration Executive Program.  I finished in April of this year.

2 - I lost touch with most of the people I worked with from Rogers and it's been almost  2 years since I left.

3 - I recently found my old manager on facebook (of all places) through an old co-worker and I asked her if there were any positions open at Rogers that was related to my field.

4 - 2 days later, she responded with, "Yes there is!  There's one at our location and you should apply."

5 - I went on the company's website and sure enough, there was a posting that was dated "May 21, 2008" which was just a few days old!

6 - My old manager gave me her # on facebook the day before I found the posting.

7 - I text her to let her know I went and applied, she told me to email her my resume, she's been with Rogers for more than 10 years and pretty much knows all the "right people" in the company.

8 - During one of my classes from last semester, we had to compose a letter of recommendation for my professor to sign.  I had no idea what company I wanted to use, so I chose Rogers for fun.  I still have that letter which I can totally use for this job application!

9 - Since I was a previous employee with Rogers, and left on good terms, I hope I have a good chance of getting an interview.

10 - It's funny that this job position, which is what I finished in college, all of a sudden opened up just when I graduated!  Plus it's only 20 mins away from home!

I hope I get a call!

After school I went home, had lunch, washed my uniform for work tonight.  I even took an hour nap!  Then I woke up, got ready and headed to Swiss.

I finished work around 10 p.m. and checked my phone.  No missed calls or messages from Poo.  What is up his ass?!  I haven't talked to him since Monday.  Did he all of a sudden forget about me?  I text him, "Hi. are you still alive or what?"  No response.  I waited 'til I got home.  I text him again at 11, "Are you ignoring me?  What's going on?"  No response.  I really don't know what's going on.  I mean I never took this relationship seriously from the beginning.  Even if he wanted to break up I don't think I'll be too heartbroken about it.  It's just that after all we went through, and how long we've known each other, if he wanted to end things, at least be a man about it and just say it.  I'm a big girl and can handle it.  Leaving me out hanging and not letting me know what's up, is just childish and cowardly.

I don't know what's up.  But honestly, if things aren't working out... then it's time to move on.
