May 12

I don't have classes on Mondays so I got the day off.  Dropped my brother off at the train station at 8 a.m., then I went to the bank, then returned home so I could get ready properly.  I was in my pjs when I drove him to the station.  At 9:30 I headed to the local hospital to try and apply again for volunteer work.  I got the necessary papers needed, then went to Walmart for some "feminine" things.

I was so bored out of my mind.  at 11, I text Birdie to see if we were still hanging out.  She just found out her siblings (there's 3) had the day off too, so she's stuck at home babysitting.  She said she invited Budsky over.  He asked me the night before at the bar if I was going over to Birdie's house.  I told him I would if I had nothing else to do.  So I grabbed lunch, went home to eat it, then I took my dog Sammy to Birdie's for a walk.

Budsky was already there and they were all at the park across Birdie's house.  It wasn't unusual for me to see him there with her, since they've known each other for 2 years and he's really close to the family.  But I don't know, the flirting and the closeness is starting to annoy me.  Budsky was trying to get close to me at the park.  I had my dog to guard me. 

After an hour or so I left.  I just couldn't stand the flirtations any longer.  I went home, took a nap and when I woke up it was time for dinner.  Then Poo called me to see if I wanted to hang out.  It was around 10 p.m. and I thought it was way too late.  But since we hardly see each other, I said, "Sure, why not?"

We had ice cream.  Mint Chocolate for him and Strawberry Banana for me.  We hung out and talked as usual.  It sucks that we went from seeing each other everyday (because of school) to once a week (if we're lucky).  We planned to go to the drive-in this Friday since my work actually gave me the night off.  But we'll see, sometimes plans could change.

May 13

Today was pretty blah.  Went to school, came home from school, then just hung out in the house.  I had dinner with "Kat" and caught up on things.  She needed volunteers for this event she's trying to organize for her place of work.  I told her I'd do it. 

We reflected on the fact that we're both getting old.  In a way we're both scared, but excited at the same time.  There's so many exciting things going on for her and I envy her sometimes. 

When I got home I started my Medical Terminology homework.  After a few pages though I passed out!  I woke up and it was already time to go to school!  *sigh* here's to another day!
