35mm
Camera – Oskar Barnack
The
35mm camera was developed by Oskar Barnack as an attempt to build a camera that
used a specialized film that would allow for high-quality enlargements. Kodak,
Sony and several other Chinese/Japanese electronics companies were the ones to
produce the camera as a mass-market item, keeping the cost at a relatively
in-expensive rate. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_photography)
