Yeh, I couldn't quite get across what I was thinking. By evolution I meant that I don't beleive in the whole monkey to man etc. I beleive the world was created in 7 (well, 6 actually)days.

I had lost about 15kgs (I think that's about 30pounds), but I sadly put it back on. So now I have to start all over. I learnt that it has to be a lifestyle change. But basically I walked about 2hrs 5-7days a week and ate healthy and regularly.
