| Reflection on Heaven and Hell |
The reason why I do not believe in heaven and hell as eternal places is the same reason I don’t believe in good and evil as eternal forces. I believe that in the beginning, there was pure love. That is the only eternal. This love is not like we know it but pure spirit love. I believe hatred was the first disease that ever existed and continues to kill more than any other disease to this day. One phrase comes to mind; Tekun Olam. (Google it)
We must restore humanity to the state of perfection it was once in. To hate someone is to infect them. To love someone is to cure them. The imagined nations of humanity have grown so deathly ill and for this reason we must diligently heal the nations. The human family has become disconnected and dysfunctional and for this reason we must acknowledge our lost connectedness and repair our broken relationships. Humanity has lost its way and strayed from the true path and for this reason we must be a light unto each other and guide those who are lost back home. There is an old saying that “home is where the heart is”. This is why I say that there are more homeless among us than you’d imagine. It's not the house that is the home. The world has simply forgotten how to live from the heart.
I understand because I was homeless before. But now I’m home. Its a consciousness and a way of life.
