 The Path Of The Paladin
I began the worship of Heronious before I became aware that was what it was.
I knew right from wrong from an early age, and the dedication to uphold it was always important to me. When I was fourteen years old, I entered the temple of Heronious to learn the ways of the Paladin, the mighty warrior of god, smiter of evil and defender of the goodly folk.
Since I was sent forth into the world I have found that not all things are black and white, and the gray areas are the ones where a Paladin has to use his own judgement.
Why a companion of mine cast a mightly spell in a weapons shop after a dwarf insulted her, destroying his business and showering axes and swords onto the surrounding streets. Far from her behaviour being evil, it was reckless, dangerous and fairly stupid, but not evil.
That is the line I must walk, together with my companions, Stumpy the Dwarf, Lia the Sorceress, Lucian the Ranger and Cleric of Wee Jas, and that arrogant little gnome, Kelukin.
A diverse party, but a team dedicated to smiting evil and destroying its plans wherever they may be found.
Good can be found anywhere, it is finding it in the darkness that is the role of the Paladin, my friend.

Always remember that.
