| IS The IRS Collections on the Warpath ?

I have had clients who the IRS thinks nothing of levying their wages or bank account.
I've also had clients who owe a lot of money and the IRS can't find them, even though they file their tax returns each year showing that they live at the same address.
I have clints now who I have to file appeals for because collection personnel don't care about the taxpayer's innocence. What's up with that?
