Well, I think I am feeling a little self-congratulatory- but actually I am feeling really blessed just now. I am in Dublin, and have been all week on my own. I am excited to have Mike coming over tomorrow and I realise now that I am going to love being a dentist. I have really enjoyed it here, and also, although I am thinking about it a bit too much, and getting a little stressed, I have managed to eat ok, and relatively normally since I have been here. I have managed to eat healthily as well, and haven't really binged. How awesome is that!! Praises have to go to GOD for this- I know I am being prayed for and also that He loves me and He is helping me with this stuff everyday.
Yesterday I was even nice enough to myself to allow me to not force myself to go running and instead to chill out and be good to me. Yay! I am making progress!! |
