| Waking up to a BLACK TONGUE

man i ended up being sick for a whole week and had to take time off of work. This morning i almost died. I woke up and went to the bathroom and my tongue was black. I was like "ZOMG!! I WAS HIT WITH THE BLACK TONGUE OF DEATH"
I honesly thought I had this nasty black, hairy tongue diease that I once heard about in college and just freaked out.
I'm usually pretty calm with these sorts of things, but not this time!! so I barged in jenns room and woke her up with a "WTF, Jenn.. I have a black tongue! help me!" and she told me that I probably lost circulation in it. I was like WTF??? so I showed her what was left of it as I had brushed most of it away with the toothbush.
Pretty gross.. We looked it up on the net and came to a conclusion that I was NOT dying from the black plague. but that the peptobismol pill I took can give you either black stool or black tongue. I got the tongue part.
I swear.. It was horrid!!! but funny afteerwards. |
