It lasted all of 2 hours!
I had to have some coffee as I could not get my body to wake the hell up. On the bright side, I have cut down my sugar intake considerably. I had my coffee this morning, 1 glass of tea with lunch and 1 glass with dinner. I replaced the rest of my daily tea intake with water. I am going to try harder tomorrow. I think the morning coffee is gonna be the last to go. I am disappointed in myself but, I guess I am trying.
