Now it's been a long standing tradition, since the 1960's I believe, for Richard Blackwell to produce his annual list stating the "Ten Worst Dressed Women." Fact.
It is also a tradition for women to experiment with their image resulting in some positive (as well as pretty negative) outcomes. Fact.
Now when celebrities do this, every fashion mistake is documented by some snap happy pap with a camera and too much spare time to fill. Fact.
So with this in mind who exactly made the uncoveted list this year? Well...

This is really the worst that there is?
Well on a personal opinion, I actually happen to like some of the celebrities style choices.
Mary Kate in my opinion exhudes personality through her outfit choices. Sometimes over the top. Always individual. Mostly Eclectic. But definitley inspiring.
Amy Winehouse admitedly looks scrawny but that hair had to be admired as a fashion statement that had, literally tens of people, copying the look. Although I'm sure Blackwell would agree that bird nest black was a better style and colour for the singer than pixie platinumn blonde.
After all Fashion is subjective. Style is personal. And I know I'd prefer to look like a "tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane," Blackwell's musings on la Olsen, as opposed to a designer clad copycat wannabee.
