I went to the gym on tuesday - which im really pleased about. i really didnt feel like going, but made myself, and beat my score on the rowing machine by two whole seconds ...!!!
Im having porridge as an evening meal at the moment, and its not too bad.
I took the stairs twice today - one going up, the other going down. its still quite hard at the moment, but am working on it.
I had a bad day today, and felt like reaching for some chocolate or a cake but remembered that i had lost some weight, and was good, and didnt. I did have a painkiller though.
