Was good yesterday, even though i didnt post on here. I had porridge for breakkie = much like today, and for lunch quinoa again - although with different things in it - all of which are good or 'friendly' foods for me. For dinner yesterday, i had fish and chips, and as i was feeling really down after having a very bad day, i 'treated' myself to a chip buttie. yes, i caved and had some bread. only one slice of nimble which is good for you apparently. although not for me as it has yeast in!!!
Anyway, feel more positive again today, lot more energy and feel fab - stomach not hurting or anything, and mum and sis have told me im not so red in the face and am 'tightening up' and looking like im losing weight.
had pasta and meatballs today with a homemade tomato sauce which was totally scrummy!!!
it is soo hard to carry on this diet - finding foods that i can eat and stuff. oh forgot, yesterday also had crackers and houmous which is delicious!!!!
