Got a bit of a shock today. Went to the docs and mentioned my weight problem. She weighed me, and told me that since they last weighed me in August LAST YEAR, so 10 months ago, Ive put on TEN KILOS.
She said its not enough to take diet tablets yet (prescribed ones), but to keep an eye on it, and keep going with trying to lose it.
I mentioned that I keep feeling really dizzy, and she told me that too much codeine from painkillers can cause that. I have been good today, in not having a painkiller.
I also saw a physio yesterday, who moved my knee cap a bit as it was a bit one sided ? so my knee was a bit sore today, but did take the stairs at work several times today. I am trying.
Why is it soo hard? |

It's hard because things worth accomplishing aren't easy. You will be so happy with yourself if you can just stick with it. Be the best you can be and you will reap the rewards! Good luck, and good job at taking it one day at a time with the pain killers.
