I weigh ... 12.5 still. i just cant seem to lose less than that.
Im really determined, and have found an old photo of me when i had a really nice figure, i have put that on my desk at work so when i want to have chocolate or crisps, its there to remind me not to.
Im having slim fast milkshakes now for breakie and lunch, and porridge for dinner. Hopefully this will make a difference ..??
short and sweet today as have migraine and have taken four painkillers today - argh, the most ive taken since my problem with them.
