I now weigh 12.5. how good is that??? a few days ago i weighed 12.8.
The secret of this, i believe, is the tablets im taking. They are not specifically diet tablets, its to help reduce the yeast in your stomach, which I have a lot of, and it can cause bloating, and stuff. There was an article about them in a magazine which I brought - it says if you answer the questions below and say yes to most of them, these tablets may help you.
feel bloated and swollen?
look pregnant?
bad breath?
crave for sweets?
Lack energy and feel tired?
these tablets are called DIDA, and you can buy them in 'selected' Holland and barrett stores. They cost around £19 something, and you do get 90 tablets though. youre meant to take 3 tablets daily for one month, then 2 tablets a day for the second month.
I think they have given me more stomach cramps, and am going to the loo more often (sorry) and belching a bit more but that could be all the excess yeast in my stomach being done away with.
I had some bad news today so feel like pigging out on lots of chocolate and bad foods, but am trying to be good. although I did buy some cans of lager today. I might donate them to my dad although hes not a big drinker either.
Im feeling more positive about losing weight now, but not so much about other stuff, sadly. oh well, im sure i'll get over it.

Please be very careful with what you take.
What will happen when you stop taking these pills?
What's in these pills?
The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and workout on a regular basis.
Sorry for prying! I couldn't resist.

the tablets are made up of herbs and spices - such as cinnamon, thyme, oregano, olives, marigold, garlic and things like that, so i think they are pretty safe. when i stop taking the tablets, i guess i will have to try and be good and avoid yeast products as much as i can!!!

you know, I have heard that too much yeast is bad for us.
My mother in law is into natural medicine and she avoids yeast and wheat. She buys special bread that's yeast and wheat free.
She swears it makes a difference.
I also hear garlic is good for weight control (and also a very powerful antibotic).
Well, good luck with your diet. Keep us posted!!!
