 day 7 ...

Didnt sleep too bad really ... although couldve been better - I know, no pleasing some people!!!

Had low fat cereal again for breakkie, and went for a very, very long walk.  must be mad.  Walked about 11 - 12 miles today - obviously with breaks in between.  I got bad cramp in my leg, and had a knee support on but managed it.  All wearing a waterproof mac.  You know, those things that make you sweat soo much its horrible!!!  If I havent lost any weight after THAT, then I will be very disappointed!!!

Only had two slices (small bread) sarnies for lunch, with a packet of crisps and when I got home, decided i had earned 3 chocolates.  Well, they do need to be eaten ...

I am sooo tired now - just got back, and my feet are hurting lots!!! as well as my back, my shoulder, my ... actually cant think of anything on me that doesnt hurt or ache at the moment - apart from my right knee where Ive got the knee support heat pads on.
