The sands of life blow in the wind as i stand in a foreign land.
Only time may tell where i am or what is to come, so i sleep on ht e warm desert sand.
And as I wake back to reality it was not just a dream as i thought before,
It was real as you or me.
I sit up and scoop my hand through the sand and let the winds blow it by,
i finally realiz that these are the Sands of Time.
What has happened to me for me to en up in such a place?
Will I ever find my family and friends again?
Just as the thought passes through my mind behind me appears my father and mother.
I notice that i was never alone in this place,
my family was right behind me.
I notice that they are not the only ones,
for all my friends stand ready behind them.
Why are we here in his endless desert i ask God almighty.
His only reply is a giant gust of wind that blows the sand into and through the strnds of my hair,
It was as if to say do not question me o small one, just follow my led.
Then they aproach, the ones in black hooded robes.
They are the ones whom another as sent and i realize that this is God's Plan,
The death of me or the death of my whole family and all my friends.
No, God will not do this to them, he will not kill them all...
I thrust my arms toward my family and friends and they turn to sand and are blown away by the wind,
I will take this alone,
And alone i will die for the sake of my family and friends...
Here...
In the Sands of Time...
I will make my Stand!
