Oh my god, thats so weird. I hate exactly the same as you, except one. my neighbours are freaks with 10 cats literally. I find it disgusting. Cats are nice, but c'mon 10 really?
And about 6 of the things you love i love. I dunno who Ronnie Radke is, ShamWOW guy never heard of him, im not sure what empandas are :P Skipping in the hallyways not for me. I fell. On my face.

lol that is pretty weird!!! my neighbors have 2 cats....and the smell is AWFUL!!!! you can smell it in my house!!! its crazy!!!!

I'd think twice about the Sham wow guy, considering he was arrested for smacking around a prostitute, he had in his hotel room, kinda gives a new meaning to room service.
