| America's Issues: The Beginning |

As many of you know I consider myself a true Patriot. I'm not ashamed to throw that word around. Simply put, a Patriot is one who expresses love for their Country. Many of you may also know that I work each day at being a stronger Christian. With that said I feel obligated once more to express a few points, points that are important to our survival as a Nation. Our Nation was built on a dream. People dreamt of a place where they could express their views without being punished, where they could vote for the people in charge and multiple religions were accepted. Of course we were built on many more values, but these three are the larger ones. In general our people are a Traditional, Conservative people. We believe in right and wrong and 9/10, our values can directly be linked to the Bible and its teachings. So now that this is established, I must unleash my normal wrath, and as usual, irritate at least one person!!! Ok so I will start with what I will refer to as the "Big 3 Principles" of our country. The first of which is free speech, expressing your views openly without being punished. My first point will take us back two weeks ago where the Terrorist President of Iran, Mahmoud Adminejad was invited to Columbia University to speak. This was ridiculous. People argued, well this is what makes our country great, freedom of speech. Yes, you and I have this right, but our Constitution and our rights do not and should not be available for dignitaries from other countries to use when it suits their mission. He is not a citizen, therefore does not have the joy of our freedoms. For the record I believe that we were kind enough not to arrest him for killing American Soldiers, he should have felt fortunate enough that he walked out of this country a) alive and b) a free man. With that said lets move on to how Americans abuse Free Speech. Lets go to Colorado, 1 week ago. The editor of a school paper published, "Taser this: F*CK BUSH", now the U was left in the article. Let me ask you a question. Free speech was meant for you and I to express our opinions, where I present my point freely and you express yours and we move on. It was not meant for a dimwit college punk to use the most vulgar word, in a paper that kids read, just simply to get attention. This article did not convey any meaningful purpose, other than simply seeking attention. But you say, well he has the right to say that. Yes, HE has that right, but you can not put that on the front page of a paper, not that language. COMMON SENSE. My third example of where free speech went wrong lays with Sean Penn, Kevin Spacey, and Danny Glover and Micahel Moore. These four have traveled to both Cuba and Venezuela, two countries who want to DESTROY us. Catch that word, they don't want to hurt us, or just steal our money, they want to DESTROY us. What I don't get is, Penn, Spacey, Glover and Moore wouldn't be spared. Yet these Hollywood boneheads decide they will travel to these Countries who want to destroy us and wine and dine with them while bashing our country. Guess what, that is TREASON. These people are wining and dining with the enemy, denouncing there own country. Freedom of Speech does not carry into a country that does not recognize our Constitution. You realize that each Country has Laws. If you go to Venezuela and denounce Hugo Chavez you will be put in Jail, you can't claim that you’re an American and you have Freedom of Speech, try that and you will be shot!!!!! The only reason they have not been arrested in those Countries is because with them denouncing America helps those Countries agenda. Let that soak in, look it up. These are fine lines that we don't think about. Ok so let's go to principle two. Voting. You say, how is that big? Well it is. We have the great right to have a say in who makes the policies. You get to vote for the best candidate and in the end, the candidate that lied the best wins. Well at least that was how it worked. Now it’s who's more liberal. So why then is this so important today that I feel I must talk about it, because the 2008 election WILL dictate not only how you and I live for the next decade, but it will dictate how our children live the rest of there lives. Now I will admit, I am a registered Republican. I do this so that during the primary I can have a say. But let me say this, I only vote for the best Candidate. I don't care what their Gender, Age, Race, Political Party or anything else is. Too often today our citizens are caught in, well I am a Republican so I am going to vote for person X. Why? We are at that point in our countries history, where it does not matter about gender, race or party the candidate is. So I ask you to look at the candidate’ values, beliefs and history before you vote? Have a clear mind, forget what is on TV or the Radio, look it up yourself. I have personally researched each candidate that seems to have a real shot at being the next President, and if you ask, I will be more than happy to give an unbiased look at each. I believe that if you look at the candidate for who they really are, it will become obvious who most resembles what our Country was built on, stands for, and will lead us back to the Top.Third, Freedom of Religion. This may be the most touching subject currently. Basically, we each have the right to practice any religion. Now personally, I truly believe, like John McCain said, but was too much of a politician when he backed it up, Our Country was built on predominant Christian Values. There is no way of denying this. But this doesn't mean that you can't freely practice other religions. History lesson, the Bible tells the story about the Crusades. Christians fighting Muslims in the Holy Land to reclaim what was theirs. Now in my own personal opinion, Muslims are trying to ruin our Country, hate Christians and want to DESTROY us. Therefore, won't say I am against their religion, or against them practicing it, but.............. You fill that in. But let me leave you with this, The Koran says that if a Muslim comes across an Infidel(any person not Muslim) they must do 1 of 3 things, a) Convert them, b) Kill them or c) make them their slave. Slavery is ancient history, I am not converting to your voodoo religion and you will not kill me, so deal with people like myself in a more humane venue. Muslim’ living and practicing their religion in the USA MUST adhere and follow our countries laws and respect what those laws state.So we have touched is what I believe are the "Big 3" facing us today. I do have a few other things I want to touch on while we are here. Illegal Immigration. Why do we allow it? I am all for people coming here and bettering their lives, but do it the right way. Illegal immigrants are going to ruin our country and eventually if our liberals have their way, illegal immigrants will have more rights than the normal citizen. We need to completely eradicate this problem. I mean they are worse than cock roaches or rats in a New York sewer..... Ask yourself this, do you believe that your tax dollars should pay for some illegal immigrants trial, child or healthcare? Well I sure don't. Ok lets talk Healthcare. They say that 40+ million people don't have Healthcare. WRONG..... WRONG....WRONG.... Every person has healthcare. 40+ million people do not have Health INSURANCE. BIG difference. Scenario. Your car breaks, you take it to the shop to fix it. Now you are either going to pay out of pocket or you have a warranty that covers it. Same with healthcare. You can always go to a doctor or emergency room, the only question is will you pay out of pocket, or do you have insurance that will cover it? Hillary Clinton wants it so that we all have health insurance. Sounds good on the shell, but this is SOCIALISM!!!!!!!!! Her plan says that you can't have a job until you have health insurance. WHAT? What if I don't want it? Plus she wants to care for illegal immigrants....... She wants the Federal Government to have more control over the people. This is Socialism. Socialism is where the government will have more control over you, more regulating where your money goes. This eventually leads to Communism. Ok, so we have someone running for President, that wants to basically run the Country the way most of our enemies have? Wow that makes sense!!! Someday I hope that I will be in a position where I can run for some office, where I can actually try and make a difference. Until then, you will be my audience.!!!!!!!!
