| All the things that I should have done!

Alright, so I was unable to finish my blog earlier. I was just thinking about all the things that I should have told my daddy. My boyfriend is hispanic, and I was always told by my father, that blacks should not be with whites, so I assumed that hispanics shouldn't be with whites either. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 10 months Saturday. It really has been an amazing ten months. I was so afraid of telling my father though, that we were dating. I mean, my father met him and knew that he was my friend, but I never told him that we were actually dating. The rest of my family knew though. Come to find out after my father passes away, he really did know. He told our pastor, that he had nothing wrong with the idea of dating a hispanic. He just wanted me to tell him. I never had a chance to though. My boyfriend wanted me to, but it was so hard, and since he has been so sick, I never felt that it was the right time to ever tell him. I feel like such a horrible person. He said though, that as long as I am happy, he is okay with me dating my boyfriend. I will soon have to go talk to my pastor about this.

awww...your daddy knew, and I am sure he understand why you didn't want to tell him, it was out of love, not disrespect, go easy on yourself girlie!
