With any luck, their first strike will be against Isreal. They have obviously been too busy to study history, and Isreal takes that "God's chosen people" thing for serious. It will make our jobs easier when we have to go in and pull Isreal off their asses for the sake of world peace. However, I really don't think even they would be that stupid. Their first target will be the UN and by default America, to gain the momentum of support from the other American hating psychopathic fundamentalists in that part of the world.

As for a pre-emptive strike, the defense experts need to talk to the offense experts in the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Tell them to remove the political thought process and give them a plan to put Iran back to the stone age and it will be done. That is the problem with America these days, we have forgotten Teddy Roosevelts line of "walk softly but carry a big stick", and don't be afraid to use it. We are too committed in Iraq and Afghanistan to be effective in Iran, also. We need surgical strikes on every military target, suspected military target, nuclear laboratory (or suspected), every industrial facility and warehouse that does, might have in the past, or might be used in the future for any military or nuclear operations, any terrorist training camp, (actual, potential or suspected) and the personal residences, vacation homes, and mistresses homes of all known or suspected government leaders. Thats not only a preemptive strike, but a serious statement that we will not be threatened by a punk with an attitude and a bomb. Of course, we would have to have enough balls in the White House to say what needs to be said to the rest of the world when the smoke clears.

Its not the 40's any more my friend. American politics has become world politics. What is needed to end the threat and what will happen are two diffrent things.

Since you must be degreed to be in politics beyond local government and usualy it seems the degree and experience is in law you may start to see the issue. Strong and sensible men and women usualy get that way bt trial and error so they dont stand up under the a life long research by the press.

What we get is book smart lawyers that have looks, carisma or family name.

Israel not only HAS nukes, they will damn sure, use them, if it comes down to an, us or them showdown.

Isreal can not take Iran in a traditional war. If it comes to a war between them it will be over in a flash.

Sure thing...try them trade sanctions and impose other restrictions on them. Corner them and when they will be standing with their back against the wall we all know what they will do...moreover what they will be forced to do.

We do make enemies where ever we go. Its like when I am at work. I supervise a shop full of people. The people want to do whatever and I keep them in line. That makes me a bad guy. With leadership comes the hate by those who dont want to do what they need to do its that simple.
