| A short one. I'm too dang tired.

7/31 - 1.5 hours swimming. (15 minutes swimming drills in the morning, 1.25 minutes with my lesson at night)
I decided to skip yoga today because my back hurt. I think I pulled it a little when I did yoga on tuesday. So I intended to go to wata aerobics instead. It seemed like an easy substitution. Turns out I read the schedule completely wrong and I arrived to an empty pool. So that's where my 15 minutes of drills came from.
Chris was surprised at how quickly I have picked up the under water stuff. She says that most adults don't pick it up that quickly.
I'm worried about this weekend. I'm not going to be able to swim on saturday or sunday because of the pool schedule where we're going out of town. I really don't want to "loose" it.
I just need a lot more practice. My next (and for this point in time, final) lesson will be next thursday.
My husband is being a butt. He's more interested in watching Baseball games than coming to the pool to see any of my progress.
Tomorrow morning I have a massage. That brings me full circle from last friday, when I also had one. Its at 9am, so I think I will try to hit to pool one more time before we leave for the weekend (at 2ish?)
Hmmm.. guess that wasn't so short after all. Oh well, it was rambling. If anyone is reading these, I'm sorry. This is just my reality right now. I've been so tired today, I basically stayed in bed or on the coach and read when I wasn't in the pool. But I'm going to get there. Next week, when I get back in town, I will go buy a bike!!
