Being a woman is cool.....well it is to me. I can't speak for everyone but there are moments when it just feels good to be a woman.

It's a good hair day, or the way your make up makes your eyes pop. Just a little jolt to your confidence. That gives you a gleam in your eye and a slyness in your smile. A new pair of jeans that fit just right or with the perfect pair of boots can transform you. Your walk isn't just to get you from A to B.....the lengthening of your stride...the sway of your hips...letting anyone that sees you know that you are 100% aware that you are a woman. It's the perfect shade of lipstick accentuating the line of your lips. The color of a sweater that makes your skin glow. The way the right pair of sunglasses can make you feel like a movie star. It is a perfect storm of all of these things that can make ANY woman be noticed. It comes out in our laugh...the timber in our voice....the way we rise from a chair and walk out of a room. The flash in our eyes as we move through a crowd. It's there like a secret behind our smile.

These moments we OWN who we are. We stand with shoulders back and head held high. We laugh a little louder and smile a little brighter.  We revel in the joy of our womanhood and embrace the raw power that comes with being female. We burn a little brighter in these moments and think "Damn, it feels good to be a woman."
