Try and see people as you are. Try and fit yourself into their shoes, even if you don't know them. Think of yourself in the position they are in as presented to you. Unfortunately, most people are self-serving; but the very fact that you notice it makes you aware...make an effort to not be that way. Even if it seems small, that makes it all the more larger..
