I just got back from church,and had a wonderful feeling of such
love from our creator..Also one of the songs we sang just brought
about doing some soul searching to my mind. So I wouuld like to
have you listen to this beautiful song by Hillsong, called "Mighty
To Save"....It really tears at the heartstrings when you hear it...
Please take the time to listen with an uncluttered mind (like that ever happens)...lol.
Sometimes I just reflect upon Jesus and all that He did to save a
sinner like me...
With Easter just a few weeks away, I pray this song will bring about
some healing to those of us who are hurting....
I hope this song really spoke to your heart, as much as it did mine.

i loved it hollis. you are a good soul too. music does it for all the time. whatever i need to feel or express to God or whoever is always in the music.

Music is how I feel so much closer to God..The words to the music just help me more than taking the time to read my bible..It is so healing the Love I feel thru music..Even though I can't play any sort of instrument and often sing off key. But to God my heart is singing for His Glory and hopefully it is beautiful music to His ears....

As for inspiration, as you know I usually don't write much of my own stuff...I look all over the net for something that just moves me or I feel will inspire others to THINK beyond the hurt they feel....

Years ago, on Sunday mornings, I used to run sound
for a Christian praise and worship band.
The lines that especially spoke to me.....
"Let your mercy fall on me" ... as I'm in need of God's
forgiveness each and every day.
"He can move mountains" .... reminds me that however
difficult the situation God can work it out.
"Take me as you find me ... filling my life again" ....
reminds me that God accepts me where I am
and will take me to where He wants me to be.
