View Blog    Another Day in Paradise We woke up this morning to sunny skies and a beautiful view of the ocean from our bedroom.  We live high on a hill in Kapolei, Hawaii on the island of Oahu.  We have a 180 degree view of the ocean with Diamond Head on the east and Ko Olina on the west.  The flight path to Honlulu airport is approx. 2 miles out so we can see the tourists flying in for a visit.  From our bed we can see the waves breaking on an endless  beach.
