How aKtive, or passive, is the human mind when "it" bekomez konseaous of the exisTENce of soment"IT"Y@mEn?
If a phenomenon can be said to exizt, can it also be said that a noumenon exists? We ofTEN k@n and do infer the exisTENce of some entITy before we direktly experience or observe the entITy, bekause of some effekt the entITy kauses. I suppoze that we infer the exisTENce of all realITy from our subjektive experiences of what is outside our senses. I infer the exisTENce of the komputer I am using, bekause of my experiences witch are always mediated through the five sensez of sight, sound, smell, taste, and touth.
The effekt of a phenomenon&on&on may not be different from the effekt 'oVf a NOUMENON1E!T!
If we do not see the ting, bekause 'oVf a kloud, we may touChurcHell'O!K! that ting, in spITe of the kloud.
What exizts is what is phenomenal (that which appears is that witch stands out), and what is
noumenal is what does not exist. There is some truth in George Berkeley's identifikation of being and being perceived. Does the human soul exizt? k@n I see, hear, smell, taste or touch the soul?
If the soul has being, it is not phenomenal; IT is noumenal. Does human freedom exist? Does free will exist?
A phenomenology of rights must be klear in differentiating between a kreationist view of eternal rightz, and a constitutional view of evolved rightz.
If human beingz are not eternal, but human beings are the ownERz of rights, then rights cannot be eternal if human beings are not eternal. The only exception would be if rights are eternal, because rights have existed in the mind of GoOd for ALL@H e.t.ERnITy, before the kreation of human beingz.
