I was inspired by the blue sky, it's clear perfection washing over me. My feeling of looking on with enthusiasm and joy, music in my ears connecting. Today, I re-visit the cycle of a weekend drinks. no hangover, no pain, no suffering, just a sensitive awareness of the cloudiness it brings, bringing a storm in my cup.
There is no drama in my choices, no regrets. Do you know Edith Piaf..? Her song "Non Je Nen Regrette Rein"
How can you regret when you hear this song.
What is about Roman numerals? They look so elegant and magnificent.. the empire of Rome, I would happily travel back in time and get involved. "What did the Romans ever do for us?"
There is clearly no structure, no empire, no city walls.. just a few cracks. I remember, recently, running to the sand dunes, on a hot day. My feet washing in the sea. Finding a dune to sit and meditate in the beating sun. I travelled so far in that moment, seeing the neurons that trigger pleasure and gratification, and there survival was the biggest misunderstanding, the illusion of all.. opening my eyes time was pure and so was my smile.
Foot prints in the sand...
I'm ready to lead the band.

I love Edith Piaff's No Regret. Thinking about sandy beach, I remember a French song that I used to listen to many many years ago: "Aline" sung by Christophe.
