Everyday, I go and down a 5 storey building for an average of four times. At school, I also go up and down a 2 storey building for at least for times a day. Lastly, I climb the stairs of a four storey building for four times a day. All in all, everyday, I climb a 20 storey building up and down.
This is a usual part of my life now in law school. I am in law school for a dream. However, when I think of my life right now - it is full of stairs! And the catch is, its both literal and figurative. Everyday, I climb an average of 20 storey building stairs, up and down. I have to climb them for this is a part of my dream. But if we only think of it, in reaching for my dreams...I have to climb so many stairs. The ones I am physically climbing everyday are but part and parcel of my dream. The stairs I have to climb for my dreams are far more energy draining and mentally tiring. I have to endure far more than tired feet and limbs. The stairs I have to climb demand nothing but..all of me.
