| On Reading Self- Help Books |
I am fond of reading self-help help books. For a person who cherishes freedom much, I certainly own many. It has been my maxim that no one else can help you but your self. So in my quest for doing things my way, I got hhelp help books on creative writing and even how to study and getting the life I want.
I am not naive of the saying that people will always have something to say on any topic under the sun. In reading self-help books, you will know something or learn to do one, with your self and the book. I even effectively managed my study hours in college because of self-help books. There are even books who tells you about managing you life, your strategies and getting the life that you want.
All this time, the author of one books said a person's life is his/her own making. "You got to take control''. But as I read through the books, when this author was trying to tell that U should control of my life, I was in fact listening to him/her- he/she directed or suggested I should do it.
In reading self- help books on taking control of your life, you will find your self in a pitfall on still listening to what another person told you to do, thai is, ironically- to control your life.
