  My Secrets are out...because of her.
As I said before, I have a friend,Lulu. She likes acting more mature than her age, so I thought that I could confide her in mysecrets. My crush. I had thought that Shirley would blab it out, so I never told her.
It wasFriday, and I told her just before school ended. On Monday, my other friend comes running up andsays, "Who's your lover?" (Did I mention that it was a teeney crush?) I found out thatLulu was busy in her weekend sending texts to friends, telling them that she knew my LOVER! It'sonly a CRUSH.  I had tried to not get mad, so I talked to Shirley. It turns out that Shirley's got a crushtoo, and someone blabbed it out too. Guess who? Lulu. We were discussing (jokingly) that if itspreaded out and everyone knew our crushes, we'd go to another school and start it fresh there. AndLulu got all mad, she wouldn't talk. She thought I was mad at her and wouldn't talk to her either.Isn't she suppose to apologize? But she's determine not to be finded fault with. Shirley even showedme the text she got from Lulu saying that she knew who my LOVER was.

Did I mentionthat she's way shallow? We've been discussing about children. (we're kids, we do that.) We hadtalked about Angelina Jolie's son, Pax Thien from Vietnam. And Lulu goes, "What cheap crudwould go to Vietnam to adopt?" Excuse me but this is saving kids from not having home lives,and Vietnam is probably a poor country and women can't afford to care for their children. So, Iasked her if she had a biological kid who is ugly what would she do. She simply replied, "Dumpthat kid." We were shocked, Shirley and I. When it was time to go to the lab, me and Shirleyhad been walking apart from Lulu, actually we were joking. And Lulu gets all mad again and walksaway from us, not even talking to us when we talked back.
Can you guys help me with this lameof a friend. Help me get rid of her.

Dear Haylo, I must admitt that I do agree with you about how Lulu
behaves. It is most likely out of her need for attention, but non
the less she can cause many of her friends real trouble. If you
truely wish her to go away it would be best just to tell her the
[plain out trueth. Tell her that you can no-longer trust her and
would not like to be her friend anymore. This is sometimes hard
to do, but it is much better than leading her on and letting her
feel as though she is still on your list of friends. I once had
to let go of a friend I had for over eighteen years, and I told
him up front that he and I were walking to the beat of different
drummers and that I did not want to do things in my life that he
felt were okay. I miss him to this day, and I do occasionally
call him or run into him around town. You know something, it's
not as bad as I thought it would be. Good luck and remain firm in
your decision.
