This is something lovely that i have come across more than once.People don't stop groaning about how old they've become or how young they used to be.They Look at the whites in their hair to ascertain their age.On the contrary, when i look at my dad,the whites in his hair notwithstanding,he comes across as anything but old to me.He is so jovial(sometimes more than me),so full of life and has such a young heart and enthusiastic mind that you would never feel he's fifty when you speak to him.If you were around him,you would really be in high spirits and won't be able to stop yourself from letting out a chuckle or two!!Now theres my friend's grandmom, she is seventy something and yet,can get along with people of all ages and make you feel old in comparision!!
These are a few examples among many out there. So,whether you are young or old,the real way to find out is paying heed to the line,"it's all in the mind."**
**accidental rhyming there!!**

Hey, my friend; I could not be more agreeable. My Dad is 90 years old, and he rides his bicycle every day. On his 90th birthday he got his drivers license renewed for another 12 years. He has a very sharp mind and his physical strenght is as strong as any young person. He looks good and He feels good. He makes you look old as you said your dad does. Learn from your dad and then teach others. You will be greatly rewarded for your effords. Stop by my place for a visit sometimes, you may find something there to help encourage others.
