Alright so last time I was on here it was like in the early morning am hours and at work. Well I'm at work again but this time I'm officially on a day shift schedule. It's only liek day 3 but already the schedule's hitting me. I've worked nights for too long, but it is awesome to see my wife more often now, go to bed and wake up together kind of thing. It almost seems like we see eachother less but in all reality, especially with her working more, we see eachother more now, it just seems less cause I don;t see her when I get home and she's not always there, again with her working more. So we has a bit of an argument/talk last night because the other day she had her visiting teachers coming over and since it's for her I wasn't sure if I was welcome to sit in on the discussion or not. About an hour before they were due to get there she was surfing the net and that she also had to tidy up before they got there. I suggested a nap cause we were both tired, and I'm still getting used to being up during the day, but it came back to the visiting teachers being there in about an hour and a half and having to tidy up, well after using the bathroom I came back and laid down on the love seat after cleaning up a bit, I fell asleep for about a half hour and then was woke up so I could be shuffled into the bedroom where I laid back down and napped for awhile longer then got up and stayed in the room, played with the cat a bit and then got online. When they left wifey came in and woke me up and then we had dinner. I ended up catching flak for it because I slept and she didn't. I don;t know where I went wrong since I suggested a nap, and even cleaned up a bit, but she chose to stay online.
Well it's over and done I just wanted to get it out, when we talked last night we got everything on the table and worked it out. She feels like we see less of eachother but it's only cause we have the same shift and we aren't always around eachother, even if one was asleep before. But seriously sometimes it feels like I'm either wrong for making a suggestion or wrong for acting on it when she has the opportunity to act on it just as much as I do. She did say she's getting less time online then usual and less than me, I work 7-4, she is usually 730-430 or 8-5, so I get a bit more time but still. Choose the internet or a nap, we can't have both. But liek I said, this is just me getting it out in a new way, trying her style, lol, and she's going to read this too, but we're over it, and I think this does help the way she describes it. I love her, lol, she's right and I'm not going to admit it outside of this blog, we talk it all out in time and don;t let it all explode, which is how it's supposed to work.
But for now, my break's up and I need to get back to work.
