I am sorry, but this is going to be short tonight. I have a headache and a lot going on tomorrow. I am doing well. I saw my doctor yesterday. I was approved to go on to Stage 2 Diet. I will post what that is a little later. KJ and my mom are doing well and other than the headache I am doing well. I hope everyone is having a good week. Looking forward to a crazy weekend here. KJ has a soccer game and we plan on spending a day by the sea. Talk to you all later.
