| Fireworks ---- oh and a little competition... |
I'm not much for fireworks - since one came far too close for comfort. I just don't see the point of them, in fact burning my money would probably be far more entertaining. Once you've seen one you've seen them all - surely!?
I think the girls in my office are starting to think i'm a tad on the weird side.... it started off with me not watching x factor - cos well to be honest i never watch tv. Then i didn't make plans for halloween [that's a whole other story!] and tonight i was staying home and not going out to a fireworks display.
I don't feel like i'm missing out on anything as when i was younger i was out every night, every night was a party. i've done my fair share of the party scene. The girl who sits next to me goes out drinking at least twice a week, the next day our office always smells like a brewery - how my boss hasn't said something i don't know. Maybe its just me, but i can smell booze a mile off!
In other news:
This weekend my boyfriend and i are starting a competition that will last til February. He has recently noticed how competitive i am and has decided to cash in on it. He has proposed that we ---- wait for it ---------
that we battle out our respective football teams on football manager on xbox. [hold me back i know my enthusiasm is overwhelming!]
its his way of trying to soften me up for when we move in together, so i won't comment on just how much time he spends on guildwars or xbox. But i'm on to his sneaky game plan... so i'm using it to my advantage - or i plan to.
We're going to negotiate the terms of the deal on Friday, i have already said my prize that i want will be dirty and full of sexual misbehaviour. His will probably be to do with housework or some service orientated chore :/ can you see where our priorities lie? Mine in his pants or rather getting him out of them and his making me work and serve his ass. Typical! ha ha
I need to make my prize good enough to make me want to play football manager (yawn) for 3 or 4 months! Any suggestions? I'll keep you posted on the prizes and of course how well my strategy and game plan work out for me to win the thing. He is of course at an unfair advantage as he has had the game for ages and plays often - i have never even played it. hmmm .... inequality isn't dead! But he may win a few fights - i'm gonna win the battle!
[all hints and tips for the game are extremely welcome! ]
