 No trouble-makers in Heaven
Sure is peaceful up here. I like that.

I had moments like this back on earth, but that's all they were - - fleeting moments. Now I can kick back and enjoy my schedule-free day. The transformation we go through when we cross over is so liberating. I've met someone that swears they were a confirmed Type 'A' person when they were alive. After an hour without their PDA and cell phone, they say they forgot what it was ever like to even want to carry them.

No iPods either. I remember having a pet peeve about those ear buds that seemed to appear overnight to take over the world. Up here, the music of your choice is delivered straight to your ears, from the inside. If you can think it, you can listen and enjoy it. Same with reading. I can recall with absolute clarity anything I've ever read while I was alive. As if one page at a time is projected onto the backs of my eyelids.

That's funny about the earbuds; I can recall something that I know really annoyed me, without stirring up the negative feelings that used to go along with it. Any Vicodin users listening out there know the sensation. Could the air be somehow laced with something that provides a narcotic effect up here? It's a possibility, I suppose. From what I've seen so far, anything is possible. Yet that doesn't seem to fit with anything else in this world. I find it hard to believe that there is any outside agent influencing our mood.

The only things I have not seen evidence of so far are disharmony or strife of any kind. No men in yellow jackets, standing around waiting for a fight to break out. In fact no 'peace-keeping'  figures present at all. The Teachers fill the closest role I've seen that I would equate with authority back on earth, but here they are - - well, teachers. They kindly dispense wisdom in an approachable manner to their consenting audience. Hardly the style I recall from my youth!

So what have they done with the rabble-rousers and agitators? Where are the trouble-makers? Wait a minute. I was called one myself, back below. In fact it may be what put me here. I'll need to think about this some more ...

I think we have all been trouble makers at one time or another.
You are forgiven Ghost Boy.

Thank you much, my dear. Though honestly forgiveness is not what I'm looking for, since being called a name doesn't make me that thing. It's just someone else's view of me; which is of course valid to them. I'm no trouble maker - - it's just that WASAKAs take great offense to things that upset their fragile world. For that, I don't pity them, fear them, or dislike them - - I just observe what is.

I love the part about the earpods. Except I think it will be cell phones that will take over the world. :) Maybe I'm alone on this one, but when I see someone talking on thier cell phones via hands-free kits, I wonder if they realize just how crazy they look "talking to themselves." Then again, I live in LA...there are a copious amount of crazies.
