I include people who are only part way there, but are still trying for that first billion.
I call them bil's.
It's faster to say, and it's a four letter word, like many swear words.
They suffer from a mental disease called greed.
No matter how much money they have, they want more.
80% of traceable campaign donation come from the richest 1/10th of one percent of the population, one out of one thousand.
Most campaign donations can't be traced, so it's probably higher than that.
The politicians pass laws so the bil's can keep money in trust funds and offshore accounts, where they pay no taxes.
At the same time, they raise taxes on the rest of us.
The government needs money to run, if they won't take it from the bil's, they will have to take more from us.
In 1970 the Bil's owned about 50% of America; stocks, bonds, businesses, real estate.
That wasn't enough.
In 2000 they owned 94%.
Still not enough.
They want it all.
The politicians have passed laws to help them get it.

One serious recession, with high unemployment and inflation, will do it.
Many unemployed people will lose their homes to banks and mortgage companies, which are owned by bil's.
Most small investors will sell their stocks for pennies on the dollar, trying to make ends meeet a little longer.
As prices fall, middle class investors will sell, trying to salvage something from thei losses.
The bil's will buy them all.
The bil's will own all the homes, and rent them out to the people who used to own them.
The bil's will control nearly every job in the country.
The bil's will control the food, from growing to processing to distribution.
The bil's will own all the energy, transportation, and pharmaceutical companies.
Do you believe the politicians will stop them.
They haven't yet.
They've helped them every step of the way.

Bil's don't think of themselves as Americans.
They are Princes and Princesses of the World.
They travel when and where they want.
They never go through customs.
Foreign government officials meet them with limousines and bodyguards, and treat them like royalty.

They sent millions of jobs to foreign countries, so they could get richer, faster.
They didn't care about the millions of Americans that they fired.
The politicians passed the laws that let them do it.
If they aren't stopped soon, we will all be begging them for jobs and shelter and food.
We will see our children become their indentured servants, and the politicians will pass this off as job security.
If we live long enough, we may see our grandchildren as their slaves.

What the next President should do:
1- Change the tax laws, get back the money they have stolen from us, use it for health care and education and energy research.
2- Change the election laws, only people who have earned less than $100,000 per year should be elected to federal office, with a one term limit.
3- Change campaign finance laws, limit donations to $10.00 per person or business, with untraceable donations going straight to the general fund.
