My Aunt (ie my Mum's best friend and no relative at all) lives 'in the country' and has been able to obtain a bale of hay, a bale of straw and 2 giant sacks of sawdust....we're sorted for cleaning out the chickens and bunnies for the foreseeable future.

Thanks to some imaginative birthday presents I will be able to plant up some beans, peas and herbs this week.

And my 'new' kitchen arrives on Tuesday!
