The thought of positive can be an almost insurmountable goal when you
had one day really hard. If you are like the majority of the people,
such days start enough without danger, and the things become gradually
worse while the day carries above, until you wonder when the day will
finish. The practice of the art of the positive thought is the most
remote thing of your spirit.
However, you can draw benefit of the
effects of the positive thought from the practice putting a right-hand
turn on all the negative things affecting your newspaper of the life.
When it seems as if your whole day is ruined by a cord of the negative
events, and you are to leave all this to overpower you, which is when
you can the majority of advantage of the positive activities of thought.
The
key is not let these unpleasant events consume your energy and life.
You must learn how to reorientate the negative thoughts which result
according to a “bad day” in positive thoughts. All times that you are
to develop in spirals downwards in the well of the pity and the despair
of individual, concentrated on employing the art of the positive
thought to overcome your situation. It is easy to succumb to your
negative thoughts when you pass by a time difficult or testing.
For
example, perhaps you concentrate so much on all small things which
attack work badly that you forget all accodances and compliments which
are normally the principal support of your work. Thus what if you had a
bad day or two, you must learn how to concentrate on all positive
aspects which are most of arrangement. Once you learn this, you can
really test the pleasant effects of the positive thought.
